How is work delegated to internal staff, vendors or sub-contractors?

 

Is compliance, risk management, contract management part of your responsibility?  If not, who handles that in your organization? 

 

How is project management for projects in development and production handled now?  Do you interact with other departments to accomplish these tasks?  What departments?

 

How are tasks delegated related to facilities management?

 

Do you have a legal department?  How are matters delegated and followed up on?  Are there tasks related to environmental, health & safety?

 

Are there tasks/deadlines in the HR department, i.e., reviews, training, benefits, etc, that are manually managed now?

 

Is your IT department in house?  How are projects tracked?
